you can say that again longworthb, hes gotta be eating more meats chicken, steaks, fish and a lot of it. If thats his bulking diet hes in a shit load of trouble because grapes bananas and lettuce is not gunna get ya their, yeah its good for you but somethings f'ed up here :hmmm:
