Hello. I am new here and have been reading all the stickies. I think I have a really good grasp on where I am going, but I just wanted to record all of my activities, diet, weight plans, etc. I was also hoping to get some support from all of you great trainers/weight lifters out there. I hope I landed in the right spot. I have already signed up for a website my buddy gave me called fitday, where I can track all of my food intake. Great to be here, and hope to meet some interesting people with some helpful tips!
