This is completle true my friend. All these modern day "fat burners" help very little in comparison to diet and cardio when you talk fat loss. There really isn't a stand out fat burning supp yet.There are some with more marketing money behind them but they aren't "better" than many of the others.
If you insist you must have a fat burner this is a popular one on this board I tried but really thought it was like all the rest but it's not any worse than any others either.
