Daily vitamin & mineral Regimen

I'm Putting in a Bulk order for supplements, vitamins and minerals.
what do you all use daily?
I'm considering:
whey protein
creatine mono
bcaas
dextrose
multi
cod liver oils
digestive supplement?
zma
 
I use less supps now than in the past.

Partly b/c I think supplement are part of a multi-million dollar industry that want you to consume --> spend.

Also, if my diet is not 100% clean, then should I use supps?

I've used Whey and Creatine Mono for years. Used BCAAs in the past (and recently ask about them in a thread).

Now, I am just eating my protein in food. Still have the Whey jar in my cupboard but not using it now.

I do take Zinc and Magnesium (Kirkland Brand) before bed (somewhat close to ZMA)?

I'll start Creatine again in April.

yes very similar ZMA also has B6 which helps to regulate hormonal activity. How many grams of protein do you eat? I struggle to get around 350g-400g so have always used whey normally to get about 150g from it first thing in the morning and straight after a workout with the added carbs from the dextrose.

Im interested to hear people's views on a digestive pill never used one thought it could help the digestive system break down the food when bulking.
