Hi, I am new to the site and I find the information great! I will be competing in my first figure competition this saturday. I have done carb cycling and after depleting for the last three days i am eating carbs today (thursday) and I also plan on eating carbs tomorrow. But, I am not sure exactly what carbs/sugars/fats to be eating tomorrow or saturday (the day of the show). I do not have a trainer and I have learned almost everything from reading. I understand that everyone's body is different, but any input would be great! Also, what about water intake and sodium? Thanks!
