decent size swelling on quad

so im on my 3rd test e week on a test e cycle and this morning i noticed the pin site from a few days ago is pretty swollen but not painful.
its 250mg shots

i did use same needle vial to muscle, I may have injected to fast or maybe not deep enough

anyway is this result from poor pinning tech.?
do i massage im reading mixed things
