Could be a smart move but im really hoping this comes back as a staple. Although we will keep making it, only one online retailer will sell it and its not widely known.

It should come back considering how much of a demand for it is still out there.
 
I'm curious why you reps are able to post here, but when I had a return issue you were nowhere to be found? What's the deal? Post up stuff and then ditch your customers that have a product that does nothing for them and want you to honor your guarantee?

A rep does not handle returns, that is customer service. IIRC, you were directed to email or call them.

You've always been helpful, I ain't blaming you.

However, yes a return is customer service HOWEVER if I have a question would I be wrong to say a rep should respond with that exact answer you just gave instead of ignoring a customers problem? I saw quite a few PP reps still bumping threads, giving praise while I had posted in the PP section with over 125 views and no response from a PP rep... Kind of bad service, but that's my opinion.

And FYI, I did contact them and was told I would get a call the day my return came. Took a least 3 calls to get it figured out... Over a month later. Had I not called nothing would have ever happened. Thus I PMed a few reps and no response.

Lack of communication = Loss of customer and his friends. Reps can praise and bump threads all day, but a least have some respect for a customer and attempt to help him out.
 
I am sorry to hear that. I hope that CS did get you taken care of. I checked my PM history, and I had not received one from you (besides the discount question, which I replied to).

I had to go out of my way, 5 times to even get a hold of someone. Then waited another month before I had to call again to get help. You have a good return policy which I'm sure helps sells but it's a PITA to try to get a refund.

Look, I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the product, I apologize if a rep didn't respond fast enough (although I believe none of them received said PM), but at this point it seems you were taken care of, so is there a reason you are going to continually post in this thread that has absolutely nothing to do with the product you even used? I am sorry it was difficult, but you received a full refund. Lets let this rest.
