I'm trying to lose fat and gin muscle at the same time, so will adding protien shakes, like "Designer Whey" make my diet plan better ?
I don't have a diet plan really, but I don't eat anything but the following:
Egg whites.
Grilled chiken breasts.
Water packed tuna.
Wheat bread.
Salad.
Orange juice.
lots of water.
diet coke, not much.
I'm also using Xenadrine, and I do cardio and weight trainging.
Please reply, I'm drivin' to another city which is 1 hour far, if you think adding Designer Whey powder to my diet will make it better, tell me, so I can buy one.
