Hi all,
My name is Juan Romero, I live in MA. Although I've never been much into bodybuilding, since turning 40 this year I???ve become very conscientious of my eating habits and physique. After a very dedicated 3 month workout using Bill Philips???s Body for Life, I???ve gone from 175 to 160 lbs and cut my body fat by 2% to 13%. My goal at that time was to get my body lean and into shape. I???ve done exactly that! However, I keep losing weight and my goal is now to put weight back in muscle mass. My body structure is that of an "ectomorph" and thus, I find gaining mass a rather difficult task.
Currently, my workouts have become more intense. I???ve up the weight, up the sets, and cut down on the reps in order to accomplish some mass.
I would just like to know if this is the right approach for someone with these goals. I do cardio 3 day per week, and weight training 3 days per week. I follow a very healthy diet and I am currently considering trying a cycle of BioTest???s Mag-10.
I would appreciate any feedback.
Juan
