Hi, I am new to bodybuilding and will be competing in my first figure competition this saturday. I do not have a trainer and have learned all that I know through reading. I depleted carbs for a few days, today (Thur) I am eating complex carbs and protein still, and I plan to eat carbs tomorrow but I am not sure what the best thing would be to eat on saturday, the day of competition. I know that everyone's body is different but I don't even know where to start? Also, what about sodium and water intake? Any input would be appreciated!
