I see 100% whey protein and then I see Isopure protein. What is the difference and which is better if there's a difference. How much grms of Protein should be in a protein supplement 20gs or 50gs cuz I see different brands have more then others.
I am kind of latose intolerant, so I think I'll try the Isolate. This brand clams to have 50 gs. of protein Low Carb Isopure 3lb Dutch Chocolate by Nature's Best http://www.advantagesupplements.com/bnatbeslowca.html
Would it be better to take a supplement with 20-25 gs. of protein or the one I posted that has 50gs. of protein?
