Difficulties ordering

This seems to be to hard of a process for a person thats busy. Placed a nice size order this morning and now i need to wait for an email for who I will send the funds to. No email on this but I got an email confirming my order and it will be here in 10-14 days. Could a rep contact me so we can hammer this out.
