DNP Cycle

Hi guys,

p.s. sorry for my bad english.

i'm, 23years old from Italy.

My weight is 93-94kg(205-207lb) x 178cm (5.8), 20% fm.

I have "finded" BB for weight loss 1 year ago, i have trained and planned any single day a correctly diet and i have tried more diets (low-carb, ketogenic, reverse), since i dont have ANY results for weight loss 3 months ago i have "tried" eca stack. Results? 0.

After i have tried Albuterol (24mg/day - i have more tollerance for farma + 3 day/week BB+HIIT program) for 2 weeks. Results? 0.

Probably the unique result is little percentage of lbm.

I'm sad and desperate. I have trained, planned, i have counted all single calories but i don't have results for weight loss.

I don't have health problems: i'm very energic guy and don't have any patologies.

DNP is a "hard" choice, and honestly i postponed dnp utilization as long as it was possible,

Cycle (3 weeks = 3mg*94kg = 280mg):
1* week:
1) day 100mg (test tollerance);
2) day 200mg (test tollerance);
3-7) day 300mg

2* week:
7 days stop.

3? week:
1-7) day 300mg

My advice would be to take it slower with the ramp up. DNP has a pretty long half life. 36 hours I believe so after you get s few days in the 100mg per day you're taking leaves you with more than 100mg in your system. The longer you take it the more your dose compounds. I do 7 days on and 2 days off personally. But you can run it longer. You just need to be sure you take a break every so often and it needs to be at least 48 hours to let the DNP clear your system. Also make sure you are taking a liver support like Tudca as DNP is very harsh to the liver.

Yes sir. Just make sure you listen to your body. You're gonna feel like shit on DNP that's a given but there is a fine balance of risk vs reward and you don't want to cross that line. Stay hydrated.

Hi Tommy i'm from Italy too, best way to loose fat is to put down a correct diet.
First of all you have to figure out how to eat and put down some macros, diet is everything!
DNP, Clen, and MAINLY steroids won't make you loose fat at all.
Nothing can beat a bad diet.

I hope you will spend some time on putting down a diet but just aim for a low carb diet, high prots, moderate fats diet.
I think that you are aiming for at least a 8% bf, you want to see abs right? :coffee:

Prots=(1-fat mass%)*total wight in lbs*1,5=(1-0,2)*205*1,5=246g of PROTEINS
Carbs=100g
Fats=60g
Cals=1924

First 2 weeks stick on that low cal diet, then after these 2 weeks every Sunday in the evening (your last meal) eat an high carb low fat meal (es. Pizza Marinara, cmq una pizza senza mozzarella).

For carbs choose only:
complex: oats (farina istantanea di Avena la trovi su Myprotein), rice cakes, black beans.
simple: grapefruits, strawberries, apples (not green ones), bananas, apricots.

For proteins: chicken breast, turkey breast, good quality whey isolate (NET nutrition are ok, but not cheap), lean fish (Merluzzo in cubetti LIDL ? il top), pasteurized eggs whites, eggs.

For fats: walnuts, almonds, olive oil, flax seed oil.

Usually my diet on low cal is that:
1) egg whites + 1 scoop instant oats
2) grapefruit+protein shake + walnuts
3) 100g veggies + chicken breast + 4 rice cakes
4) grapfruit+protein shake + walnuts (snack before WO)
5) chicken breast+avocado+veggies (dinner)

DRINK DRINK DRINK, always and mainly during workouts.

For the quantities use FATSECRET, MyfitnessPal, etc...
If you need to buy cheap walnuts, almonds... go to LIDL they have cheap ones without saltm you can even find the fish.

Ok so now i think you have a kind of diet, do 4 WO each week, 20 sets in total at least, perfect form, 10-20 reps, dropsets supersets as you wish, you have to SWEAT BADLY, if you feel confortable add after 4 weeks of diet also some cardio 20-30mins LISS (lento 5km/h max) fasted in the morning or after workouts

Now FUN PART, DNP it's not fun, trust me... you feel like shit, lethargic sweating all the time, and with that temperature it will be a really bad experience, anyway... you asked for that.

DNP PROTOCOL + CLEN + T3
-Take T3 at 50mcg ed
-then DNP for 2 weeks at 200-250mg ed
-then 3 weeks of CLEN (Monores lo trovi in farmacia) at max 160mcg, you have to taper it up SLOWLY, 40mcg, 40mcg, 60mcg etc until you feel comfortable... hands will be shaking...
REPEAT.

NOTES ON DNP: Don't up the DNP to 500mg the fatloss will happen anyway, or you will encounter huge CARBS BINGES, after 1st week of DNP you will start having uncontrollable hunger of carbs, DON'T EAT, starve yourself, drink water, masturbate... Whatever but don't eat or you will ruin your DNP run. You will be bloated as fuck, tired, you will feel like shit. Remove complex carbs from diet and substitute them with fruit, you will need a lot of sodium and potassium.

NOTES ON CLEN: Clen is serious business, run it high for 3 weeks then stop, don't run it with DNP. If you have cramps, eat 5g TAURINE ed.

If you don't have experience on AAS skip them, for FAT LOSS you don't need them and atm you are too fat to start a cycle.
AAS are made to let you muscles grow.
 
Another good way to run JUST DNP is to do it like Xsbobber, 7 days on at 100mg 2 days off repeat and add Clenbuterol.
