Hi I am new to this forum and was wondering how many grams of protein i should be receiving daily.
I am 19 and my height is 5`8 and Im at 68kg my body fat is 12.8 and i go to the the gym 3 times a week i try to eat as much protein as i can but tbh it isent alot
.
I was using Bodyfortess whey Protein but i am now on Maximuscle Progain
but i only take about two scoops after i go to the gym.
Im finding it hard to gain muscle but i have toned up quite alot since i started 4 mounths ago and have put on an inch around my arms and i can feel my six pack as it is quite hard but cant be seen
.
So if you guys have any tips for me then i would greatly be happy to hear from you
