Do steroids increase motivation???

When I'm blasting, I do notice I'm just nonstop GSD -- diet, work, anything. When cruising, I'm a little more laid back and able to let things slide without it bugging me.

For me -

Test, Deca &Dbol - big yes
Tren, Anadrol - big fat no

Dbol is the best motivator for me, I feel awesome and godlike. Tren & Anadrol, make me lethargic and sleepy all the time. Anadrol especially make me feel really ratty and unmotivated; like I'm sick.

dbol and abombs for the win. I'm way more motivated when on cycle, the harder I workout in the gym the better I feel when I leave

Do yiu mix them too? That's what I do these days, they work together real well and I don't get that shitty feeling from Abombs alone. :winkfinger:

yes take dbol and abombs together I actually get good results out of 25MG daily of dbol

Somewhat yes. "Results in the mirror Give us more motivation"

Anabolic's, Could have something MORE to do with psychological way of thinking. "If I miss a week. Will I lose my gains?"

This just causes Anxiety disorder. For some NOT all. But at same time it makes folks want to keep their gains (pump) But with the correct diet and training. It's easy enough to sustain. :coffee:

(Me)
After being at the gym. I feel more (self accomplishment) and "MOTIVATION" towards over tasks.
I don't feel I've done enough if I don't lift during the day. This is why I don't like rest days..

I was once told at age 18, I'd suffer from bigorexia (muscle dysmorphia) by the time I reach 27. Because i wanted to be a real-life heeman. I was motivated BUT, I had the wrong frame of mind (do whatever it takes, Taking whatever I could get hold of) just to have more muscle on top of muscle. :nono: NOT THE CORRECT WAY OF THINKING.

Sorry if if I hijacked your topic.
-Apologies.

Not only in the gym but in general.

it's comforting to know that you are getting far more results out of your training, diet, and sleep (with aas) than you would otherwise.. in the same way, it's comforting to know that missing a meal, or having to do unanticipated cardio will not impact your results nearly as much on aas as without aas. these comforts are very beneficial mentally in my experience. also, when you are more pleased with your appearance and your progress in the gym, negative things don't affect you as much - bombing an exam, having your girlfriend leave you, etc.. this has just been my experience.

Keeping your estrogen in check will also play a big part of being motivated... or not being motivated.

It's easy to run your AI's too high, which will cause extreme estrogen suppression and can make you lethargic.

Estrogen plays an important part in supporting serotonin... this is one of the body's principle neurotransmitters,
which is vital to mental alertness and the sleep/wake cycle.

Interference with this neurotransmitter is also associated with chronic fatigue syndrome... so we can see how it
is to fatigue specifically.

There are also studies with estrogen suppression and menopause, contributing to fatigue - but I don't think we're
worried about that in this conversation. :D
