Dosage question

I am currently on a Erogpharm 1-ad cycle at 300mg a day. I hvae been on this for two weeks and now what to up the dosage to 500mg.

Would it be best to take 100mg at 5 occassions throughout the day or take 2 doses at 200mg and 1 dose at 100mg?

Like I told Corri, If your getting good results I would leave it alone and maybe up it next cycle. If your bound bent to up it, I would space it evenly throughout the day to keep your blood saturation high! You don't want it dipping up and down.
