Dosage Recommendations for 1-Andro & 4-Andro?

I have been reading from various posters that 1-Andro & 4-Andro only work well in higher dosages. Anyone with experience with this stack please shed some factual light on this for me. I stepped and spent the $ and now I have FOUR bottles of each product. How do I get the most out of this stack, dosages, cycle length, etc?
