Background:
Been working out regularly for about 4+ years now. Used to be overweight (about 200lbs originally). Dropped the weight in about 6 months of pure cardio....looked sick and skinny...@135lbs. This was about 4 years ago. I started lifting and got up to about 157lbs naturally before I did a cycle of 1-Andro-RX followed by 4 weeks of Recycle earlier this year which got me up to 164-167lbs@11%bf the weight I have been fluctuating around since I got off.

Note on 1-Andro-RX...that stuff was great...however im prone to acne as it is...and that stuff made me break out BAD! Vitamin b5 to the rescue!

Current Diet:
I cut out all Alcohol and sweets about 4 years ago. NO EXCEPTIONS except for cooking. Stevia is my sweetner of choice.
Meal1:
2 whole eggs + 4 whites
Serving of (Steelcut Oats/Quinoa/Amaranth) with Yogurt and Berries
Meal2:
1 cup FF cottage cheese + 2tbsp Peanut Butter + 2 sliced of Sprouted Bread
Meal3:
1 Pakage Hormel Nitrate Free Cold Cuts + 2 Wasa Crackers
Meal4:
2 Scoops ON WHEY + FF Milk + 1/2cup Oats + 2TBSP Peanut Butter
Meal5:
Salad (Romaine/Kale/Bellpeppers..etc.) + 5-6oz Chicken Breast + 4-5oz Wild Rice blend or Brown Rice + Cup of Mixed veggies
Meal6:
1 Scoop ON WHEY with Yogurt & frozen berries + 2 cups of fruit (apple or grapefruit or peach etc.) +
1.25 oz mixed Nuts
Meal7:
Package of Tuna (4.5oz)
Workout Drink:
1 Scoop of ON WHEY
PostWorkout Drink:
2 Scoops ON WHEY + 70g Dextrose + Frozen watermelon + FF Milk
Meal8:
Salad + 5-6oz Lean beef + 1/2cup Beans
I will bump the food/calories up as needed.
Cycle and Supplements:
Take Gucosamine+MSM, Fish Oil, MultiVitamin,ZMA daily.
During Cycle:
DZine (Dymethazine Clone) 4 weeks @ 30mg per day

Himalaya Liver Care
Milk Thistle
Vitamin B5 Powder
Have Taurine and Nolva on Stanby if needed.
PCT:
Nolva 20mg/20mg/10mg/10mg

Workout:
Specifics will be put up daily. Will be adding cardio....I have been laying off the cardio for the past few months. Ramping it back up now.

Friday: OFF DAY with Cardio (4miles) LUNCH RUN
Sat: Fasted Cardio (4miles) in the AM, Full Body Workout PM
Sun: OFF DAY with Fasted Cardio (4 miles) in the AM
Will take first Dose tomorrow....15mg Dymethazine in the AM with 3gm of B5...followed by Cycle Assist and Liver care + Milk Thistle a few hours later....Repeat process in the PM.
