Hi everyone first post anyway
So i purchased some BCAA's after limited reserach and have THEN read that taking EAA's are just as good if not even better for Mass(and yes i realize there are Bcaa's in the Eaa's) so i am looking to buy them.....my question is not debating which are better but
the question i have for anyone using Eaa's.......one of these amino's is phenylalanine and i have taken it before as an individaul amino L-phenylalanine (2000 mg's or so) and it really gave me alertness (some times jittery as well)
I was wondering wether taking the whole range of Eaa's (like i plan to in powder form) which includes the phenlyalanine (among others) would have the a similiar stimulant effect as taking the phenylalanine individual...
