I have been working out for 2 years and have gained amazing results.
But now I have a problem with my right elbow medialt ligament, it has been hurting for more than a month, and every doctor I go to just say that I have to relax from bodybuilding up to 8 weeks.

What my question for you is: Can Deca help the healing process?

The answer is: Take a break and listen to the doctors, seriously. A break can do amazing things and you can even grow after some rest too.

Deca acts like lube for joints.

#1. post some pics, lets see these amazing results.

#2. Bad news, 8 weeks wont be enough, more like 6 months off.

Yeah a couple of months off is what will be needed. You dont need to look at it like you cant train for 2 months. Take two months and work on flexibility of the upper body. You can really focus on becoming more flexible in the upper body, and you can still do legs man. Set a hefty goal for your legs in two months time. Then after two months your legs will be stronger than they ever have and you will have gained great flexibility; you'll be in a good spot. Then you can start really hitting that upper body again.

If you try to work around this injury without letting it rest......you will regret it later down the road.
