so another year older and another chink in my armor but this time its my energy cause over the last year i seem to be getting tired faster and since i dont drink pop, coffee or energy drinks i was wondering what some of my other gym folks might suggest? Im still going to the gym but it just feels like its becomming harder to keep the pace and motivation. i get 6-8 hrs of sleep a night and hit the gym on a regular 3 days a week and cardio on the weekend. can anyone give me some sugestions of what works for them besides caffine? something i cant get from a GNC or suppliment store. thanks for taking the time to read/help

I am assuming that pre-workout drinks are out of the question, but there are some non-stimulant based ones that you may want to try if you are just avoiding stimulants. Also, evaluate your nutrition and exercise program. Are you eating enough to fuel and recover from your workouts? People will often say yes, but often they underestimate how much they really need to eat especially after weight training. Lastly, for me nothing zaps energy like long boring cardio, if you are doing sessions lasting longer than 30 minutes switch to 20 minutes of HIIT and thank me later.

Try a non-stim based pre workout. I actually went through a tub of bullnox andorush a month ago which i loved! Clean consistent energy with an awesome pump. I workout in the morning and it even gives me energy all throughout the day.

If you are looking for something 'natural', good luck. There are some natural supps that work, but nowhere near the effectiveness is pre workouts, etc.

Orbit Nutrition - Buy White Flood Cheap! This is a solid pwo that I hear for those that are stim sensative work well. Also you could get a dr to check your test levels. I was 28 and felt like the life was sucked out of me to the point I didn't want to do anything at all. I found out through month of labs that my pituratary gland had stop signaling the reproduction of testosterone in which was causing havoc on my system. I felt tired even after sleeping for a good bit. I was 291 and now at 32 i've drop to 230. It makes a huge difference.

workout more try 5- days the more you sit around the more your body doesnt want to move. And as far as supplements Ephedrine Hcl works good. But another thing if your tired or feel like crap all the time change your diet to lower fat and sugar try eating just chicken,Oats, fruit, fish trust me you will feel much better and try to eliminate dairy such as milk i have done that excpet for a little in my coffe and i feel much betetr

This is a good non-stim supplement, but I think you were asking about something that IS NOT a supplement.

The best thing I have found for energy is green veggies that have been steamed. The high fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients are unmatched. You might also want to try to eat some eggs with the yolk because I read it helps to naturally increase testosterone.

If your already eating properly and If your not already using beta alanine pick some up, dose at 3-4g before workout and after on non- training days when you first get up and again 6-8 hours later. Also incorporate vitamin D3, I prefer purity products D3, at 5-6000 iu daily as well as CoQ10 and 3 g fish oil. Everything is natural and well. Within amounts your body needs but is lacking in. I'd be surprised if you didn't notice some changes in 3-5 days and by two weeks you'll be feeling rock solid. Good luck brother.

Make sure your diet is as clean as possible.

What about adrenal gland/production issues? I had test upon test done teying to figure out where my progressive fatigue was coming from (test lvls, thyroid, etc) and it turned out my adrenal glands were under producing big time.
