I need energy to workout...I was using No-xplode..but I already finished it....and I wanna know if theres anything better before I buy more NO-Xplode....and I'm gonna buy some whey protein(prolly Opitmal Nutrition) too....what yall think?

I heard Evander Holyfield say once that high carb sports drinks didn't help him make it through his workouts. He needed protein to carry him through. I have tried adding a scoop of whey to a powerade and drinking that while I lift and at least for me I think it makes a positive difference.
And yes on protein after your workout. Within one hour, get your creatine and protein down, with some carbs. If you don't feed your muscles when they need it, they will cannabolize other muscle tissue in your body for protein.
