enough creatine?

im currently taking noxplode and cellmass, i take noxpode on weight training days and cellmass daily. I dont take anything twice a day or anything. Is this enough creatine intake? I train 4 days a week, an hour a session ... if that matters.

I believe one serving of cell mass has 3 grams of Creatine Ethyl Ester. But yes that SHOULD be sufficient, of course expirement dude, see what works better for you. Use the cell mass post workout otherwise take it whenever, it should aid in recovery. If you find you are not recovering enough, up it to two servings daily spaced 8 hours apart. And perhaps you might notice a difference. But go easy on the stuff, it's expensive and you might as well buy Creatine Ethyl Ester and mix it with gatorade ;)

Yes, however it does already have 1 gram of creatine in it PER SCOOP I believe! So for your average 3 scoop pre workout, you get 3 grams. Good luck!
 
is carnberry juice good to mix creatine mono in wat are some other things i can mix it in
