Ephedra Ban for California

soon to be EX governor of california signed a bill yesterday that will ban ephedra in california effective january 1st.



haven't used it in ages but i'm still furious.

If the bill is on his desk and he doesn't sign, it goes into law anyway was my understanding.

But yeah, stupid - and damnit I loved Ephedrine.

i think davis did sign it yesterday so it's a done deal.

i knew it was probably coming but now that it's happened i'm more bothered by it than i thought i'd be.

i'm pretty sure mail order places that are still selling it won't be allowed to ship it to California.

Shouldn't Arnold be able to reverse it once he goes into office?

Otherwise this sucks, gotta save up and order quick before the new year.

i'm sure he could reverse it but i was thinking it might look like he's looking out for the "fitness crowd" and maybe he'd want to avoid that? (so no one can say he's catering to his own special interests?)
