epistane (epi-strong) cycle begins

today i started some epistane. have read a lot of good reviews on it, especially mr. supps version. i would just like some thoughts on how to run it because now i have some different ideas and would like some insight. i originally planned 30/30/45/45/45, but now im thinking about cracking open the second bottle and going 30/30/30/45/45/45, or something of that nature. from what ive read use epistane longer than 4 weeks and 40-50 mg is the sweet spot. today i did legs.

squat: 135x10
185x10
225x5
235x5x1 chain each side (totalling 275 lb at the top; each chain weighs 20 lb)
235x5x2 chains each side (315 lb)
235x5x3 " " " (355 lb)
235x5x4 " " " (395 lb)
235x5x5 " " " (435 lb)
225x10

leg press: 200x10, 400x10, 600x5, 700x5, 800x5, 400x10
calf raises: 150x15, 150x15, 150x15, 150x15
leg extension: 130x10, 140x10, 150x10, 160x10
leg curl: 50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 80x10

kept the squat at a comfortable weight, since i hurt my back 2 weeks ago squatting. im gonna continue to squat this way until the first week of february. heavy weight at the top, and the release of the chains gives you a chance to practice the explosion out of the hole. on cycle i got some lecheek cycle support, NOW ultra omega-3 and im a controlled labs whore; orange triad, white flood, purple wraath and green magnitude. off cycle i got cem's chlomid, lecheek ad-3, the controlled labs stuff, and man sports version of pes anabeta. cant beat the optimum nutrition tropical punch whey, and nutraplanet has the lecheek pct for $30 (ad-3 + liver support), which you also cant beat. and my beginning weight is 187.
