Hey everybody! I'm new to this forum, and began a serious workout routine about 3 weeks ago, would like your feedback on my supplement list.
Pre-Workout:
Green Tea
L-Carnitine
Glutamine
Animal Cuts/Stak (Just finished cylcle)
During Workout:
Xtend (BCAA)
Post-Workout:
1 Scoop Whey Protein (Champion)
Glutamine
I also try to drink 1-2 gallons of water throughout the day, 20min cardio prior to each workout and hardcore cardio on at least once a week.
If there should be any changes or if you have any recommendations please let me know! Thanks for your feedback ahead of time
