feeling cold ,help, Sesathin

Hey , I am pretty lean , around 7-9 % all year , well shaped. I am working out 4-5 times per week , eating carbs 3-4 out of 6 meals except non working days. I have tried this Sesathin Product from avant labs ,(thought so more as a lignan with health benefits like fish oil instead of a fat burner). Although since then , I have been feeling really cold when all of my friends are not and this is not like me. Could it be because of the Sesathin? I maybe be even taking 1.5 dose without noticing . I am stopping it right now to check whether it is Sesathin fault for this.

I have never heard of this reaction from Sesathin, but not that you've stopped taking it, let's see what happens next. Keep us updated.

I haven't heard of this before either. Conversely, some people report feeling hot after high carb meals with SesaThin. If you can eliminate other possibilities and it's definitely the SesaThin that is doing it to you, then I don't know what to say; that's very anomalous.

I have been using SesaMax by Axis Labs and have not had such a problem and its worked very well for me.
