What is the best way to take arginine? Ie.... with orange juice on an empty stomach?............................... empty stomach in morning before breakfast, 30 min prior to excercise, at bedtime?

Is it good and beneficial to take arginine and Citrulline malate at the same time?

I just bought some NITROUS by Syntrax, it is
(Di-L-Arginine)-L-Malate in powder form................
