Been logging this now and will say for otc product this is def worth it. I noticed an aggression spike like when i'm on cycle in the past. This and def increased volume and strength thus far. I haven't had any bad sides unless you consider aggression bad thing. I"m thinking of stacking another bottle along with Ironmags Msten soon.
