So on May 15, I blew out my knee once again. In typical worker comp process it only took 1 1/2 months to get the approval for surgery 07/24. Torn Acl , Tears of both meniscus, partial tear Patella tendon and some partially ruptured Baker's cyst ( whatever a bakers cyst is). In the mean time I've been lifting only upper body and watching as my one quad atrophy's at a ridiculous pace. This will be surgery #5 on this knee (1981) being the first so it's not like my quads ever developed the way they should. My knee has been a mess since 07 healing twice since then from meniscus tears and partial pcl. So this time I'll have reconstruction and finally for the first time in 6 years come back after rehab full on. I'll be hitting legs twice a week when I come back Monday's and Thursdays at least for six months. Then I'm hoping to run a strong combo cycle and further play catch up with the quads. My option is to run cutting type diet and cycle in the mean time or screw it bulk and add to my already softening mid section since cardio is non-existent. Cut or Bulk?
I'll take any suggestions I could get? Thanks brothers.
