First cycle need info

im guna run a cycle of beastdrol. so this is it guys... 4 weeks of beastdrol 30 mg a day, erase, and ai cycle support. i also got more milk thistle. myy question is what else should i run post cycle and how much and long. i was looking around and was thinking of nolvadex so how ,uch to run?????thanks
