Hello everyone this is my first time on here so I'm fairly new to this
I'm 30 years old 5'4" 163 pounds not to much body fat I've been going to
the gym for about two years know. I decided to do my fist cycle a friend of mine got for me sust. From an underground lab. I'm at the end of my third week and only put on 3 pounds, I don't think it's enough should I be eating more I allready doubled my protein intake may be I'm expecting to much in a short time. Can any one give me some feedback
 
Welcome to the forum; it sounds like either a) youre impatient and havent done any research, It will usually kick in after the 4 weeks; or b), you're the owner of fake gear.

Can this be moved to the anabolic zone? I'm interested in this case.
 
I agree you're diving in pretty quickly w/ unknown expectations.

Can you give some additional info:

- your current diet (e.g. typical day's meal plan w/ amounts - even better if you put it into a food counts program like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal so you know the actual total calories and macronutrient numbers - %, grams protein, fats and carbs, for the day)

- your current training

- your cycle plan - amount per shot, frequency of dosing, planned duration of cycle?

Also what is your plan for PCT?
 
My pct will be nolvadex and hcg. Yeah I did plenty of research I'm just being impatiant it my first time and I'm a very impatiant person as for the gear being fake I don't think it is my performance at the gym has become outstanding I've never been so strong. I just wanted some pro info on.
 
Well there really isn't a diet plan I don't have time for special meals besides I'm just a ordinary guy looking for some more gains.
5:30 am protein bar 20g protein
7 am egg whites on wheet bred
9 am 1 activia yogurt 1 banana
11 am protein shake 24g
12 pm tuna on wheet Bred and an orange but this changes every day could be chicken or turkey depends on the day but I'm sure you get my point
3 pm powerbar energy before the gym
6 pm protein shake with banana
7:30 is what every my wife makes for dinner could be chicken pork steak all depends on the day mostly chiken allso with either rice with Beans or patatos well you get my point sorry can't get you actual calories but this is the best I can do

my work outs are heavy strength training not going to post hole week to much to write down my typing is awful just put it this way im one of the bigger guys at my gym
hopefully its enough info thanks for looking at my post im allways up for some good advice

Too much shake and not enough solid food!!!
 
So you eat like a chick, wont post your training protocol because you're too lazy, and took the easy way out and used gear. God this is getting better and better.
