Ok today was chest/tris/abs day, and also my first day on Labrada Supercharge. I had one scoop RIGHT before I left my house, and when I got to the gym i had a bad aftertaste (like grapefruit style). When I was stretching I got kinda nauseous, kinda like about to puke but not really. I was naeseous through first 15-20 min of workout, but when I was doing a SET, I wasnt nauseous at ALL, but when i was resting, i would get naesuous. I got some massive pumps and my workout went super quick. I also felt super pumped through whole workout until like last 10 minutes.
I would recommend Supercharge to anyone who likes NO-explode, they basically do the same thing. (but I think many people who take no-explode take at least 2 or even 3 scoops) Supercharge has 50 servings (one scoop).
