Hi All,
I just wanted to introduce myself before posting in other forums. I am a 25 year old male and have been lifting on and off for the past six years, first as an athlete and now as my primary form of recreation/ stress release. I am not trying to get huge, but rather lean and strong, although I do lift with high intensity. I will describe my routine more when I ask a question I have for the Training forum.
It seems like there are a lot of knowledgable people here so I look forward to "peaking" with and learning from you.
