First time female looking to cut

My sister has lost a significant amount of weight over the last year and is now down to 148 lbs. She is looking to cut up a little and I know var is a great first time use for her. Just wondered if she should start with a low dose var, var and clen, or if there is a better route? FYI she has never used AAS
