I want to take a PH for the first time. I am 24 years old. I am considering taking either H-Drol or 1-Andro Rx. Which one is better? I want minimal side effects! Most importantly....I don't want to lose hair! I am mildly bipolar. I take medication for it and is in complete control. I don't want to go into a manic episode so I want to be really careful on the dosage. I am only considering this because it is a short term sort of thing (30 days). I can control my nerves for 30 days. Also, do I take cycle support while taking a PH? Is Post cycle support different from cycle support? I am very new to this. Help!
