so here's the dilemma, ive been on fish oil for around a month and a half now (10G/day) and i am picking up LG Lipotropic protein powder over the weekend. I wanted to know if i should be taking both EVERY day, or only on workout days, currently I am on a 4 day push/pull split, (M,T,TH,F)upper push lower push upper pull lower pull kinda deal, off or sole cardio on wednesday and off sat and sun.. what do you all think? I know i should be taking the fish oil daily, but i just forget too often on saturday and sunday..
