fish oil/protein off days

so here's the dilemma, ive been on fish oil for around a month and a half now (10G/day) and i am picking up LG Lipotropic protein powder over the weekend. I wanted to know if i should be taking both EVERY day, or only on workout days, currently I am on a 4 day push/pull split, (M,T,TH,F)upper push lower push upper pull lower pull kinda deal, off or sole cardio on wednesday and off sat and sun.. what do you all think? I know i should be taking the fish oil daily, but i just forget too often on saturday and sunday..
 
Yes you can take your fish oil everyday and try to get a gram of protein per pound of body weight.If that means taking your powder then certainly do.Eating and exercise is an every day thing.You don't want to workout every day but certainly get your protein intake.
