Hey Everyone,
I've been on a couple other sites looking to find a community I can call home, after reviewing this site I decided to join and see how it goes. As for myself I've been lifting for about 19 years 5'10 207 @ 14% BF. Played football in college and never used gear or Ph for that matter. In 2009 I developed an 8mm herniated disc between my L4 - L5, which put me out the game at my Dr request. I'm now 2 1/2 months back and have gone from 183lbs 12% BF to 207lbs and 14% BF using Ph. After doing research I'm looking to start my first gear cycle using Test Cyp / D Bol, I'm currently on my 2nd week of PCT.
I'm looking to bulk up to about 235 -240 to do my surgery next year and hope to maximize my recovery with the added weight. Also my diet is not the best as I don't follow a strict calorie intake. I would be interested in hearing from anyone that has had a back injury such as mine.
