FUFU we need an update bro. hows the CEE doin ya?
 
It's good, body weight has been jumping up more. I'm setting PR's for my squats, bench, and deads. However, I attribute that mostly to my training program. My rest intervals are less a deal.

When I took my week off I stopped taking it, because up to that point I had been taking it for only a week or so. I've been taking it consistantly for the past 2 weeks though, I still might have to wait to see its full effects.

Yeah, but you are the master of PRs anyway. But you got me interested. I will be buying some as soon as I get my student loan later this week.
 
I've been taking it for a month now. Instantly I saw increased vascularity, and pumps. I've been teetering around a caloric deficit over the last month, typically I see a significant drop in strength when I do. This time I really haven't. I've taken mono in the past and I couldn't tell you if it was working or not, but the CEE definitely is for me.
 
yeah man thats good. i've just started taking Maximum Pump monday. I noticed it working with my 1st serving, damn my arms were crazly pumped. I also set a few new rep P.R's. when he gets the CEE and Nitro 4 on bb.com i will def. be taking it.

I am going to be taking Maximum Pump, Matrix Rx, AND CEE for my first supplement stack as soon as shit clear up on my posterior chain.

I was wondering that when I did start back up (bulking; strength training), my program was going to change again with my RI going back up. I am sure I will see strength gains without the supplements, but I figured what the hell.

I havent taken Creatine since high school...NO! I havent taken it since I was 22 maybe? I used to take that expensive creatine junk that you used to take via a droplet cap! :rolleyes:
 
Well, I liked it enough to buy another bottle. I'll be starting it after my next week off. :)
 
I just got my bottle today! I'll be starting it tomorrow, very excited to see what it does! My only question would be should I use it every day or can I get away with just doing it before workouts?

CEE should be taken every day.

I do 6 grams(3 pre, 3 post) on workout days and just 3 grams on non-training days.
