I’m sitting and wondering, whether Travis Scott was just trying to be decent and didn't think that he would hurt the feelings of those who lost their children at his concert with the money he had offered or it is some bad PR after what had happened at the concert ? Because WHAT can mend the reputation of the individual who continued to sing while kids were stampeded?

That still sounds crazy, man. I heard he said something about building mausoleums then. Well, I don't even know what's that but I gotta say that's crazy. Sorry for bumping the thread, had to share my 2 cents.
