hi everybody. around 2 years ago i was about 120kg of solid fat! but through hard work and good guidance i have trimmed myself down to 72 kg with height of 5 ft 10. now i am pretty fit and look "pretty". but my real goal is to pack on muscle mass and not just have toning and definition. is there any1 else out their who has lost a lot of "junk" weight and now want to put on quality weight. im scared that if i use the reconmended amounts of protein on forums that i will put on fat. i dont mind putting on a little fat coz this is ineveitable in trying to gain mass. bt i dnt wanna becum obese luking. thanks.
