hey guys i been off of bodybulding for like 3 month and i lost alot of weigh and muscle too but i lost so alot of fat from 12% to a 6% in 3 month i want to start on monday and take bodybulding seriouly i was thinking in taking superpump size on and novedex and now that im cut up i want keep my waist so im gonna get 1 to 2 pounds per week to minimize the fat gain if im wrong let me know wat do u guys think im 19 150 pound by the way

Using periods would be a nice start.
 
Wish i was 19. Your stuffs flowin so id imagane any good protein shake 3x a day would do ya good. Im a noob but food man.
