gear at single figure bf, more effective less sides?

I havnt ran a cycle this year and I'm about to get my self 60ml+ of that liquid gold a.k.a trenbolone :)

I'm around 12%bf right now and I'm going to start a diet to get down to single figures my plan was to get down to single figures without gear and then run a nice test p and tren a cycle!

Would I benefit more from dieting first to single figure bf? I jut like te thought of Beeing shredded first before tren I think it could make me look crazy if I did it that way!

I love tren so fucking much nothing like it!! To be fair I jumped in at the deep end with gear and hoped on tren as soon as I found out about ha..

My sex drive goes off the fucking chart with tren honestly I was horny 24/7 a seen a bit if tit or ass and I was like a dog on heat, my gf loves it!!


What would adding clenbuterol do for me? My aim is to get as ripped as I've ever been in my life I'm looking to add something to this test p tren a cycle was thinking clean but most peoe at run it with T3 just scares me abit the whole thyroid business! Would clen towards the end of te cycle be of much use?
 
Nothing like being in deep thought on the John. LOL. I did basically the same cycle as a recomp (tren ace/test prop/clen) at about the same bf and did a great job, dropped me to single digits by showtime (5.6%). Just make sure you have ancillaries for any sides. Haven't used T3 so I can't help you there.

Your body won't react any different to 500mg of xyz if your 30 or 3% bf...it just might look different..
 
get down as low as possible before aas. Its a mental thing. being diced up and watching your body change is alot more motivating then putting on muscle but not being able to see it.
Nothing like waking up and seeing something new; a intercostal, a new vien in your abs...etc. you almost cant not go to the gym after that...

How did you run the clen mate at te end of the cycle or throughout I'm aware clen can be nasty and leave you feeling like you have just sniffed up some china white with the sweaty palms ect maybe it was bs but I heard can leave users feeling very edgy ect.. What dose would you reccomend?

And s2h I somewhat agree but can't really agree 100% because I never go about 15% no matter what I eat I'm blessed with my metabolism in that sense but cursed in the sense I struggle to add weight! Like some one said whats the point in building that muscle if you have a ton of fat covering it up!


I hear ya deisel we all know diet is king! It's all mental like you said once I get single fingers bf without gear then get on tren fuuuuck excites me thinking about it! I'm very lucky with my metabolism iv rarely done cardio atall in 3 years and my abs are clearly visible right now.. I'm starting cardio now 3-4 times a week on non trainkng days and having my first attempted at a proper cutting diet. I literlly can't wait! as far as ancillaries goes I know the deal iv ran tren before last time I ran it with adex and something called prolacterone it's very good stuff and I had no issues atall. I would say I had a few random nights when I would wake up COVERD in sweat! My girlfriend woke me up one night and was like what the fuck why are u sweating so bad lololol!

I'm prepared this time tho I just literly bought a brilliant industrial strength fan and I will probly have some strong sleeping tablets ;) on hand "just incase"

I can always sleep on tren but I find I was waking up easily during the night, and would feel full of energy once I was up lol and the tren dreams blah I won't go into that!


Ahh can't wait but cardio bores the shit outa me!

there's all kinds of stigma's attached to bf% and steroid use..like you have to be X% to take them and there effective..the only logical thought process is that people with higher bf% run a higher risk of gyno and cardiovascular problems..well then why are there guys at 3-4% on stage with gyno..and why do pro bb's have heart attacks at 50 yrs old with a 6 pack..just like any drug it is person to person situations that determine how the body reacts to a drug being introduced from the outside..not every fat person has heart problems and so do some skinny people...to generalize every person that is over that majical bf% as being to high is unfound..

i can't think of his name but its the swedish or danish guy that found The World Anti-Doping Agency..he did a bunch of trails on high bf% pwl'rs..and the ones on anabolics ended up with lower bf%..so maybe Burger King is bad at over X%..or maybe not..
 
I would get your body fat down as low as possible. That way when you get on the anabolics your body will look phenomenal.
 
I disagree. When your cutting not on aas your going to lose a lot more muscle then when cutting on aas. Ya jumping on gear when already single dig bf will get u shredded as fuckkkkkkk but is it worth losing the muscle while cutting not on aas? Being at a cal deficit while not on gear your going to lose a significant amount of muscle compared to cutting on gear

Well iv been speaking to a guy who had been lifting and taking gear for over 20 year and competes in many top uk bodybuilding shows and one quite a few! He had a look at me today and saint was about 14%bf which was a surprise for me higher then I thought! I'm lucky in the sense i stay at this bf what ever I eat due to my metabolism.

He's putting together a strict cutting diet for me in the next week or so and I told him I wanted to get to so single figures before I went on cycle he said if he were me he would just start the gear now I'm 14% bf with a diet which consists of alot of lean meats and good carbs but also alot of fast good and sugary drinks so. He thinks If I stick to the diet I will get to single figures in about 8 weeks that's without gear! So I'm really thinking about hoping on soon as my gear arrives now.

I'm gonna run test p tren a clen and t3 :)

LONGWORTH you got me thinking that aswell I'm already lean now as it is I think Im gonna take the gear with the cut shit if I can stay at 14%year round eating KFC and drinking coke then a strict diet and gear is going to shock my body into shreddedness!

Thinking about starting a dairy with pics or maybe il keep it on a memory stick and upload it when I'm done with before and after pics! Can't wait to get back on I'm itching, plus clen and t3 is something iv never took so I'm looking forward to it. My addiction to fizzy drinks like coke and dr pepper ect will be a harder habit to break then the diet itself lol but as they are full of sugar they are a no no in getting ripped



Ahhhh fuck I'm exited I will also have my buddy on board who I mentioned above I will be using him for advise throughout and will probly train with him a few times!

You can diet much harder on AAS and retain muscle and even in some cases gain some. In my own personal experience I think if you're higher BF% you tend to get some sides easier than if you were lean. For me it was bloating and increased blood pressure. Basically whatever side effects of being fat have in common with being on AAS will be amplified IMO. I don't see 12% as being a big fatty that should avoid AAS due to sides related to being heavier than you want.
 
Damn iPhone! Plenty of good years lifting ahead of me I was gonna say lol and iv stayed at this bodyfat for a long time and i just want to try something new so don't judge me! Ha i really don't care how much I weigh it's all about what the mirror is saying! And it's all about trying new things and keeping your motivation up what ever your goal may be.

My heart is set on shreddedness so that's my goal for this next 6 months then once I stay around single figures I will bulk up.

Also a good thing I think if your very low bf then when you come to bulk if your counting your macros then you will have a better understanding of what food is doing to your body so it's a win from what ever way I look at it!
 
I like the thought of waking up seeing striations and veins and cuts you never knew you had! I think il drop some fat fast just by cutting out all junk food and fizzy juice and have the cliche one cheat meal a week.

I will be keeping progress logged down and will more then likely upload once I hit single figures and come to the end of my cycle.

Just started now and I've decided I will not be using t3 due to tyroid issues, well I don't have a issue with mine but I don't think im ready to fuck with it right now at a young age.. Gear is more then enough :) specially that liquid gold a.k.a tren,

I'm 4 days in I havnt started the clen yet either scared of it a little lol think il save it for mid/end of cycle once tren has starte working its magic!

I don't know weather my last lot of tren I had was under dosed or what (definatly wasn't bunk got a great recomp of it) but I beer had tren cough with it, 1st pin of this new stuff in the glute and I had it second and 3rs were in quads with no cough today's was in the glute and I've never had anything like it, reminded me of when I wa a teen and smoked a big bong lol it was a painfull cough could feel it building up soon as I injected. :/ so yeah 4 days in and that's the deal so far,

I think it's kicking in already I feel myself getting road rage and stuff lol but I just tell myself it's the tren and deal with it. Maybe it's placebo or maybe this stuff is dosed properly fuck noes I'm I'm for a wild ride tho as always with tren! Beautifull sunny day here and feeling a lil more bigger/leaner every day ha yeah Im taking progress with pics on my phone and will upload after cycle.

Tren cough is a mother fucker. I get that nasty metallic taste in my mouth my chest gets really tight bah fuck i hate just thinking a it. I've only had it a few times both from pinning in my delt
