I turned 43 a few years ago and was in my best shape ever... 5'11, 200#, 7%BF, 32" waist. Now 6 years later I'm 175 with a 34" waist and BFof about 15%. Not bad for an average almost 50 year old but not what I like... so, I'm back in on the forums, correcting my diet, and heading back into the gym again. Gonna try low reps, limited range movements, and huge weights with lots of rest between workouts to try and add slabs of muscle before I begin to worry about definition and/or fat loss.
