Wanted to see what you guys are doing when you hit a plateau? I have tried everything to get beyond a certain point, most recently using Tren E in my cycle (bad plan). I am 40 so I hope the answer isnt just that Im getting old......

Well for starters if u aren't gaining weight then u aren't eating enough to gain weight.

its kinda hard to gain weight on tren. That's not a bad thing either. You can still gain muscle and Len out on it

Well I put on 13 lbs in about 7 weeks. End of the day I get to a point and cant overcome

You may want to try different techniques in your training regime to spark the different muscle fibers into activation. I usually try sets with static holds at the beginning or end of the set, or slow the reps down by counting the sequence when you lower the rep and then hold at the peak of contraction then back up. Also change the order of body parts when working out along with the rep ranges for a difference from week to week. The body only grows when it feels challenged to adapt to a new stimulus.

Your in week 7? that's about the time ur mayostatin level stands.. most ppl up the dose 250-300mg/week for the last 6 or 7 weeks, but u said ur on tren, so maybe up that 25mg eod. How much are u takin' anyway? And like goodskie said, eat big & up ur !protein! You wouldn't believe how much protein really helps, u could forget about carbs & fat(not really tho), n just take protein & u'll grow fast as hell!

if you plateau, you have to look at your entire program: recuperation (are you recovering fully between workouts? training too much, or not enough), drugs (dosing, timing, selected compounds), diet (are you getting enough nutrients, protein, water, etc), and training program (reps, weight, protocols, intensity, exercises, etc)...

when I stall, i focus on getting stronger... priortize mass builders (deads, squats, bench) and use partials, bands, chains, negatives, and forced reps.. i also increase my sleep (and add an extra hour per night, minimum of 8, shoot for 10)...

Oh thank you for that good advice about the entire program, I am also in the midst of changing my own routine and you have brought new light to what I am going to do, YEA BUDDY!!!!!
