getting cut

I would like to enhance my definition by getting cut, but I don't want to loose any weight. Is there any way of doing this and retaining muscle mass at the same time. I have tried Hydroxycut int the past and lost a lot of weight, something I did not want to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Watch your diet!! Eat lots of protein...low carbs! And cut out about all sugar! Keep working out hard and you should notice a difference!
 
Thanks dg, for that bit of information. The sugar shouldn't be a problem, I have just about cut all sugar consumption out of my diet, so eliminating the rest will not be a problem. Should I continue to lift heavy or drop to lower weights higher reps?
 
That depends on your goals! If you still want to gain size I would still try heavy in 6-8 rep range!
 
ok, first of all since you lost some weight it would be good to buy some kind of weight gainer until you weigh as much as you want, then start with protein intake 1.5-2.0/g......
