Looking for some layout ideas. 6'2 210 approx 15 percent
I've done a few ph cycles, plus test cycles with superdrol kickers.
I want to try out tren a on this cycle. I'm thinking 12 weeks total.
I haven't decided if I will run test e or prop, and am looking mostly for advice on this and on dosage for both my test and tren.
Will obviously have ai and pct together before starting as well.
I'm looking to do mostly a recomp cycle and get my bodyfat down a little ways yet, granted I plan to work on that leading up to the cycle also, but nonetheless. Should I stick to just these two compounds or should I consider adding anything else to the works?
