i am getting tired of not getting big no more without test.i was wondering what type of test would help me gain mass and cut i want to stack.Im 6' and250 lbs.what test would be good for me?
Deadlifts and heavy squats release the best Testosterone if by "test" that's what you mean. They are both also tests of how much of a beast you really are, and remember you have to grunt loudly for maximum effect.....
