I was in a jam, and ordered 20..25 gauge needles (no syringes) on eBay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/151630411298
In case eBay stops carrying syringes & needles, get some Bitcoin at circle.com, and register to the Agora marketplace. Download and install Tor Browser to take the registration link and SupplyGuy is good. Sold me 10x 3cc/mL syringes + 25G 1.5" needle and the same for 23G 1.5" needles. It's about $8. The market also has two U.S. domestic sources of gear that I buy from. I'm not here to promote, so I'm giving names more than necessary.
