I weight approx 150lbs at the current. My goal is to reach 180lbs. I am 19 and I am 5'10". I have been lifting for a number of years and have decent muscle tone. I need to gain weight, I did the eating thing and thats how I got to 150 (I weighed around 130 in high school) but I was eating so much I felt bloated all the time. I have not used supplements for a long time and I was looking into CE2 and T-bomb 2. I am going to start taking a multi vitamin again along with 100% whey and also considered HGH. My routine is Mon: chest and back Tues: abs Wed: legs Thurs: Abs Fri: Arms/triceps/sh/fa/etc(all the arm stuff). I just came upon this site doing research on supplements and thought I would give it a run.
P.S. biggest problem, I ran CC and track in high school, swam, and played soccer and basketball but have done no cardio since I graduated....I ate (a lot) trying to gain weight...I hit 150 and that is where I have stayed
